The house is oriented towards the South West and enjoys sun at all times of day. Being set in a sub-tropical climate there is scope for renting either of the existing floors as separate apartments at all times of the year. 

Access is via a 1 km track in good condition. It is passable in a normal car though a 4 x 4 would be advisable. There is an entrance gateway which leads to a parking area. In total there is parking for four cars.

The environment is tranquil, beautiful and very green due to the subtropical climate. There are no nearby houses, the nearest being approximately 250 metres away.

Services

Water is supplied via an entitlement from a shared community. This is stored in a tank and fed to the house and land by gravity. An automatic irrigation system is installed for the fruit trees. Mains electricity is connected.

Location

Situated 1 km from Jete, with all daily services, the property is just 20 mins from the beaches at Almuñecar, Taramay, Cotobro, La Herradura etc. one hour from Granada and 75 mins from Malaga and the airport.
