The house itself is light, spacious, approximately 100 years old and sits in beautiful countryside amongst olive groves with views towards the Subbetica mountains. It is not currently habitable but could be made so relatively quickly and without spending huge amounts of money. Replacing windows and doors, repairing the roof and doing general maintenance might cost €70.000.
