In addition there is another covered porch area used for alfresco dining overlooking the 8m x 3m swimming pool which in turn affords amazing panoramic views, the Riff Mountains of Morocco can be seen on a clear day. The property has oil fired central heating throughout.
Services The property has a solar powered electricity system with a large back up generator. Water for the house is provided from a shared spring. There is Acequia water for irrigation which is stored into a large alberca on the land also a large private lake.
Location The property is situated approximately 10 mins from the main road, another 30 minutes mins from Orgiva, with all facilities the Town has to offer. The coast is under an hour from the property and the historic city of Granada can be reached in 75 minutes. Malaga is around one and a half hours away.
