A special country house in the eastern Alpujarra, situated between two historic white villages Canjáyar and Ohanes, on a plot of 2.342 m2. The house is very accessible via a paved road with cemented driveway and has a swimming pool and garden with fruit trees. A pump and filter system has yet to be installed. The garden is constructed in such a way that little maintenance is needed. Due to the relatively mild climate at an altitude of 600 m above sea level, citrus fruit, palms and other subtropical plants can also thrive. The garden consists of two parts. There is a lower garden of 711 m2 with vines, olive trees, small orange trees and a lemon tree on the other side of the driveway. The top garden of 1,631 m2, directly at the house, has a large parking lot and planting including four large orange trees, a large kakiboom, a fig tree, a walnut tree and ten young fruit trees.
Batteries and equipment for the energy system have been installed in the annex. The current system with solar panels and batteries provides plenty of energy for the house, including hot water and heating in winter. Should there be no sun during the winter period, a generator in the outbuilding will take over the power supply and a gas geyser will take over the hot water. The water for domestic use (and watering the planting) comes from a source that has drinking water quality
The distance to the village of Ohanes is 2.5 km and to the village of Canjáyar that has the most amenities it is 3 km. In the village of Canjáyar there is a medical post, some nice restaurants, numerous small supermarkets, bakeriess, a butcher, a cooperative where people can buy fruit and vegetables and two banks with cash machines.
This object is particularly suitable for people who love independence, are ecologically aware and seek a special place. With the hiking area of ​​the Sierra Nevada nature park, where the house is located, the coast a short distance, mainly Spanish neighbors in an authentic area and little tourist area, the location of this house is special.
