Stunning farm of 7.5 hectares with a rural tourism complex in Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz. Located in the Guadalete valley, on top of a hill, from where you can contemplate beautiful views of what is considered one of the most beautiful towns in Spain and the entire landscape that surrounds it. The main building is an Andalucian farmhouse dating from the 19th century, with a constructed area of 293 m² on two floors. It has four large and bright bedrooms decorated with exquisite taste. Each of them has a private bathroom, ceiling fan and garden views. There is also a large kitchen equipped with quality appliances.
There is another 186 m² house that has a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is decorated in a special way, maintaining the purest traditional Andalucian style.
Outside the farmhouse we find a beautiful porch overlooking a huge garden of more than 10,000 m², where we find centennial trees, to relax under their shade in summer, and from which you can enjoy a unique outdoor space. On the other side of the Cortijo there is an area where 3 large yurts are installed, with exceptional decoration. All have a double bed, private bathroom, fan and a communal chill out area. We also find another 55 m² building that serves as a warehouse, maintenance workshop and storage room.
The property has meadows and a great variety of fruit trees. An olive grove of more than 3 hectares that produces more than 2,000 kg of oil each year. Farm land for crops with an area of 2.5 hectares.
It is located 30 minutes from Jerez, 1 hour from Seville, and 2 hours from Malaga, three main cities that have an international airport.
