There is further space within the plot to create an orchard, garden etc. Access is by a concreted track, at the top of which is a car port with capacity for four cars.

Behind this are the stables, hay store and chicken house.

The property has two wells, one sweet water, the other saline. There is a water storage tank, filled automatically from the sweet water well, which is used for the animals as well as the house. The salt water well is used for irrigation.
