Description

Traditional cortijo, with equestrian facilities, own wells and fabulous views of the Subbetica mountain range.

The cortijo has easy access from a minor road and consists of two floors with a single storey extension. This 70 m2 extension currently houses a lounge/kitchen/diner. There is also a traditional kitchen with open fireplace, a storage room and, upstairs, a lounge, three bedrooms with attractive wooden beams and two bathrooms.

Outside there is a further bathroom/utlity room, an attractive patio, part of which is covered, a pool area, an extensive allotment area for growing vegetables etc.and a curious viewing platform from which to enjoy the views of the Subbetica mountains. There is further space within the plot to create an orchard, garden etc. Access is by a concreted track, at the top of which is a car port with capacity for four cars.

Behind this are the stables, hay store and chicken house.

The property has two wells, one sweet water, the other saline. There is a water storage tank, filled automatically from the sweet water well, which is used for the animals as well as the house. The salt water well is used for irrigation.

If you don’t know this area well, why not take a look at our exposure guide on the Subbetica Region of Cordoba in the Area Guide section above (next to Overview).
