Description

This extensive rural property, set in almost eighteen hectares of undulating land planted to olives and cork oaks, enjoys easy access from a quiet country road, along a driveway between olive trees. The meeting room is a separate building across the courtyard with fireplace and high ceiling used for get-togethers and indoor events.

 

The barn, a building in need of renovation also has an apartment, traditionally used by workers on the farm. It currently has no electricity of water.

 

Behind the house, at a short distance, are the stables with boxes for six horses, and an adjoining hay store.

 

There is also a garage or large store room and extensive parking space.

 

Outside there are extensive lawns, part of which can be shaded by a built pergola. This area has been used to host events such as weddings. This activity is supported by a single storey block with toilets, showers and storage rooms.

 

Within the lawned area there is a swimming pool and a paddling pool for children.

 

The property has its own water source, consisting of two springs. Mains electricity is connected. 

 

This property would suit anyone wanting to live in the country and earn money from holiday lettings (it has a tourism licence), especially someone who enjoys horses as the finca is well-set up for equestrian activities. Although perfectly habitable, the property would benefit from some renovation to bring its facilities up-to-date.
