The impressive main house, built with quality materials and finished in an "Italian Tuscan" style, was rebuilt about 25 years ago. This unique house, with more than 180 built m2, boasts a spectacular living room with fireplace, a reading room, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to an old threshing floor integrated in the construction.

 

The house has oil central heating. Apart from its well and spring, the property is also connected to municipal water and enjoys mains electricty.

 

Outside, there is a paved porch overlooking the well-kept gardens and within the mature gardens, where you will find many types of ornamental trees, are plenty of terraced areas for al fresco dining. A few metres from the house, following one of its landscaped paths, we arrive at an old pool with water directly from the spring.
