The property has a well with abundant water and mains electricity, brought to the property underground to avoid any visual impact with the landscape.

 

The farm is located in a wonderful spot of pastureland, surrounded by holm oaks, cork oaks and broom. Apart from the potential for rural tourism, it has other, various possibilities for income. The farm produces about 250 quintals of cork and has capacity for 22 Iberian pigs as well as equestrian facilities (4 boxes for horses), different areas for workshops and storage, a pig pen and a hen house.

The farm is located 6 km from the village of Alájar, 20 km from the main hub of Aracena, just 40 km from Portugal, 90 km from Seville and another 90 km to the coast of Huelva.
