Description

This recently built 51m² one bedroom cortijo with 3,220m² land is in a private location overlooking the town of Albunol and the coast. It is accessible from both the direction of Albunol or Murtas.

There is also a storage room with traditional porcelain sink and plumbing for a water boiler.

 

The main traditional style wooden entrance door leads into an open plan living, dining, kitchen area with double doors out to the front terrace. The living, dining area is half tiled and has an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully tiled. A door leads through to a tiled shower room with shower, wc, bidet and washbasin.

 

A spiral staircase gives access to the bedroom, which has built in cupboards and windows to the front and rear, allowing a lot of natural light and giving wonderful views of the mountains and the sea.

 

The property has mains water connected, concealed sceptic tank and all windows and doors have security grills and shutters, making it perfect as a lock up and leave holiday home or a permanent residence. The surrounding land is planted with almond trees.
