It is also possible to acquire an additional 47 hectares of land and its associated livestock facilities for an extra €350.000, bringing the total purchase to €1.300.000 for the complete 133 hectares. This extra purchase would include the livestock facilities for Iberian pigs, including a pigsty with a feed silo, various warehouses and buildings, and the surrounding 47 hectares. The livestock farming includes the utilisation of pastures, acorn harvesting (montanera), and cork production. The property receives various subsidies for reforestation and other initiatives.
