Internally it could be configured as you wish. It has some dividing walls, but they could be knocked down if prefered. There are no windows in but the spaces are there. There is a base concrete floor, on top of which it would be necessary to add flooring. The tubes for electricity are installed but there are no electrics.

 

The house is approached via a short track off the road and has its own driveway, at the top of which is a parking area to accommodate 4 cars comfortably and an open area, currently left for parking which can accommodate a further thirty cars. Taking advantage of the abundant water, this could be lawned over or planted to fruit and ornamental tress, like the rest of the gardens.

 

Mains electricity is connected, as is town water. The gardens are irrigated from the property’s own well. Broadband internet is available.

 

A five minute cycle or car ride away is the town of Huétor Santillán with all basic services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a health centre etc. A further fifteen minutes by car and you can be parking in the centre of Granada. Granada airport is only 20 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached in under an hour and a half.
