Description

This stunning three bedroom, detached house with land, is situated on the outskirts of the village of Alcutar. This and the neighbouring village, Bérchules are within walking distance, has all the amenities needed for everyday living.

The main bedroom is large having a four post bed, free standing furniture, door to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a bathtub with shower over. The second bedroom is again spacious with room for a double bed and a day bed. The smallest bedroom is still a good size double.

 

The upper terrace has spectacular views along the valley and the surrounding mountains. It is partly covered and is the full width of the property. The lower terrace is also partly covered and has a stone stairway leading down to a beautiful lawned garden.

 

The rest of the land is in very good condition, some grassed and some terraced, with a variety of trees and shrubs, mainly surrounded by trees offering privacy and some lovely secluded spots. There is also a renovated building that used to house animals, this is now used for storage but would be a wonderful summerhouse.

 

The property has feature beamed ceilings throughout, central heating and some wonderful antique furniture. All mains services are connected.
