Two restaurants are within a ten-minute walk, and the attractive mountain town of Güéjar Sierra is approximately 25 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by car. The nearby reservoir formed by the damming of the Río Genil provides additional leisure opportunities, while the historic centre of Granada and its airport are around 20 minutes away by easy drive.

The property offers approximately 400 m² built area, of which around 200 m² is interior living space. The remaining 200 m² comprises:

The combination of mountain scenery, proximity to Granada and access to the coast makes this area one of the most attractive year-round residential locations in the province.
