Description

It has outstanding views along the valley with the Mediterranean Sea in the far distance. Berchules is only a ten minutes’ drive via, a well-maintained, wide track and concrete road, easily reachable by a standard car. There is also a small utility room with wash basin and storage.

 

Outside to the front a beautiful slate tiled terrace runs the length of the property then continues as a pathway around the building. A large stone clad wood store is located at the rear of the property. This offers ample storage, a generator room and a cloakroom with wc and hand wash basin.

 

The large water balsa has irrigation pipes to various areas of the land that as previously stated is perfect for cultivation.

 

The property is connected to mains water and has solar power.
